H.Troon was contracted to construct the expansion of Ballarat’s St John of God Hospital. The project involved construction of 4 levels of hospital wards, new hospital front entry, car park and rehabilitation pool. The contract also involved the demolition of the existing 5 level hospital wards located on Mair Street. Both construction and demolition was carried out within close proximity to the operating hospital. H.Troon’s management made sure full communication was maintained to ensure the hospital was not affected.

 

Since completion of the main works contract H.Troon have been contracted to complete 2 additional fit outs for the hospital. This includes the completion of the hospital's new rehabilitation centre, and fit out of level 4 as a new ward block.
